Case 1: If You are on an Internet Network
1. Open your Internet Explorer(IE)
- Click on Tools then Internet Options
- Reach to General tab then Browsing History
- Click on the delete option
- Check whether your Temporary Internet files and Website files are checked or not. If not, make it selected.

6. Restart your computer and then try to resend the payroll one more time
