Solution 1- Copy the backup file and Paste into another local computer

• Next, you have to Stop the hosting to “Multiuser Access” and then press the Ok button to stop hosting.
• Now, you have to restore your company file which is already stored in your computer system.

Solution 2- Trend Micro Antivirus Security For Your Computer

• First, you need to move in antivirus settings.
• Then you have click on “Ignore Path” and ignore your company file folder.
• Now you have to hold the Ctrl key and then open your Quickbooks, To find out where your data file is located.
• Then Quickbooks open without loading any company file.
• From the keyboard press the F2 key then a pop-up window will appear in which you will get the product details including where your company file is stored.
